Shipping policy

Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and shipping.
We ship orders on a daily basis Monday through Saturday.
Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most order ship within 3-5 business days. However, please allow 7-14 days for orders to be completed and ready for shipping.
Estimated Shipping Times
North America: 3-7 business days
International: 7-14 business days
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Shipping Delays
Once your order is shipped; we have no control over how long it takes to arrive. There have been several delays with USPS First Class Mail.  So please remember, at checkout, you can upgrade to USPS Priority to ensure a faster delivery time.
Insurance
We ship via USPS and UPS.
USPS First Class Mail does not include insurance.

USPS Priority Mail/Expedited shipping and UPS shipping are available and includes up to $50 of insurance.
Should an item be lost in transit, we will NOT be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier.  You will be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to determine the status of the order.
 
Shipment Tracking
Once the label for your package has been printed, you will receive an email notifying you the order has been shipped. Once we ship, the package is completely out of our control and we ARE NOT responsible should it gets lost or damaged in the mail.
If you would like to add insurance, please ensure you include a shipping option that includes insurance. 
Should an item be lost in transit, we will NOT be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier.  You will be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to determine the status of the order.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Turnaround Time
The turnaround time on your order starts when you have paid in full and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, products, sizes, details, etc.) Delay in receipt of any of this info can/will result in production delays.
Our Standard turnaround time is 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated. Complex orders/add-ons may increase this time. Delays in the approval of mock up can/will result in production delays. Any order changes after your order is placed will also cause production delays.

Shipping and Pickup
All of our items are available for shipping and local pickup. If the local pick-up option is chosen, you will be notified when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 21 days otherwise they will be discarded. Will not remake the item unless you repurchase it. We do not charge storage fees and will not be responsible for any items after 21 days.
Free Shipping
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped using first class mail or the lowest priced shipping method. You have the option to upgrade at checkout and must pay the associated fees for that upgrade. Items shipped first class mail do not have insurance. However, we offer priority mail and other shipping options which include insurance. As a result, we will not be responsible for packages lost in the mail. If a package is lost that had insurance you can follow-up with the shipping company to file a claim; we will not follow-up with the shipping carrier for you.
Delays In Processing Time
Any circumstances out of our control (weather delays, shipping errors by suppliers, out of stock merchandise, Acts of God, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate. The Coleman Twinz LLC is not responsible for these delays.

Rush Fees
A rush fee may apply to your order. If your order has been placed and needs to be pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

We do offer RUSH service if needed. Rush Fees are applied as follows:

5-6 Business days: 20% of total order
3-4 Business days: 30% of total order
1-2 Business days: 40% of total order

If needed we may have to expedite shipping of your items to get them to our shop in time to meet your deadline. If so, you will be responsible for those shipping fees.
Shipping Costs For Items Not In Stock
Many of our vendors offer us free shipping which we pass on to you. However, orders under $200 from any one vendor that does not offer free shipping will be charged a $15 shipping fee.
