🛍️ When will I get my order?

All items are made-to-order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (if available)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


📦 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are custom printed, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, if there’s a defect, misprint, or issue with your order, we’ll make it right! Just contact us at returns@thecolemantwinz.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo.


👕 What if I ordered the wrong size?

Please double-check our size chart before ordering.
We may be able to offer a discount on a replacement, but we don’t offer free size exchanges.


Can I get my order faster?

Yes! We offer:

  • UPS Next Day Air (on select items)
  • Local Pickup in the Clinton/Jackson Metro – choose this option at checkout or contact us to arrange

🛑 Can I cancel or change my order?

Since we begin production quickly, orders can’t be canceled or changed once placed.
Please double-check your details before submitting your order.


📍 Where is local pickup available?

We offer local pickup in the Clinton/Jackson Metro area.
You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready, and we’ll coordinate time and location via email or text.
