Please note: The luggage tags, passport wallet, and notebook are not included. The customer must provide all items.

How It Works

1. Place your order for the customization service.
2. Drop off or ship your items to us.
3. Submit your customization details and artwork.
4. Review and approve the design placement, if a proof is required.
5. We will apply the UV DTF transfers and prepare the completed items for pickup or return shipping.

• All blank items must be provided by the customer.
• Items must be new, clean, and free of oils, dust, coatings, or damage.
• We will inspect each item before customization.
• We reserve the right to decline items that are not suitable for UV DTF application.
• Customer-supplied items are decorated at the customer’s risk.
• We are not responsible for defects, coatings, material reactions, or damage caused by the quality or condition of the supplied item.
• Replacement items are not included if a customer-supplied blank is damaged during testing or application.

• Allow the transfer to cure before heavy use.
• Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth.
• Do not soak or place in a dishwasher or washing machine.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, alcohol, acetone, and harsh chemicals.
• Do not scratch, pick, or peel at the transfer.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat.
