    What is your shipping time and processing?

    All items are made-to-order.  Although most orders ship within 3-5 business days; we ask for 7-14 business days for order processing.

    Once your order has been made and packaged, you will receive a shipping notification. If your order qualifies for free shipping, standard shipping will apply. If you would like faster shipping, please and add "Priority Mail" shipping to your order. Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over the arrival time. Arrival times are dependent on the carrier. Please use the tracking information provided to reach out to the carrier (we are unable to reach out to the carrier for you).

    Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt shipping services. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
