Artwork Requirements

  • Accepted formats: PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS
  • Transparent background strongly preferred
  • Minimum 300 DPI for raster files
  • Low-resolution files may require a redraw fee before production begins
  • Screenshots, Facebook photos, and compressed JPEGs cannot be used as-is
  • You will be contacted within 1 business day if artwork adjustments are needed

Mockup previews are intended for visual reference only. Final print size and placement may vary slightly depending on garment size and artwork proportions.

Copyright Notice

By uploading artwork, you confirm you have permission or rights to reproduce the design submitted. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked artwork.

Artwork Approval

Production begins after artwork has been reviewed and approved for print.

Proof Approval

A digital proof may be provided for certain orders at our discretion. Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, artwork placement, and design details before approving production. Once a proof is approved, production begins and changes cannot be made.

Production Timeline

Standard production time is 5 to 7 business days after artwork approval. Group orders of 12 or more may require additional production time. Contact us before placing your order if you have a firm event date.
