HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPMENTS

Due to the holidays and the high volume of packages that are shipped daily, a lot of packages are being delayed by the shipping carrier, as we strive to provide excellent customer service, but this is completely out of our hands. Therefore, please patient with receiving your package and with the updating of your tracking number.

We do not have giant warehouses or thousands of items sitting on the shelves. Every single item in your order is hand made by us, when you order.

We understand the utmost importance of your order and are working around the clock to get them out as fast as possible.

Normally we are able to ship most items in 3-5 days; however, with delays nationwide, we we ask that you allow 7-14 business days for processing prior to your order being shipped.  If you have any questions regarding processing time, please contact us PRIOR to ordering.  We are unable to cancel, refund, or exchange items to due processing time.
