Every Spirit Stick features our premium three-layer acrylic construction.

Classic Finish: Includes three coordinated layers made from standard solid, transparent, or translucent acrylic colors.

Signature Finish: Includes one specialty acrylic layer paired with two coordinating standard acrylic layers.

Pom-Poms

Two coordinating premium pom-poms are included with each Spirit Stick.

You may request preferred pom-pom colors or allow us to coordinate them with your acrylic selections.

Pom-pom colors and specialty combinations are subject to availability.

Digital Proof

A digital design proof will be sent before production begins.

Your order will not enter production until the proof has been approved.

The purchase price includes one initial proof and up to two minor revisions.

Major layout changes, new design concepts, wording changes after the initial proof has been created, or additional revisions may require an additional design fee.

Production Time

Each Spirit Stick is made to order.

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days after proof approval for production.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Rush production shortens the production timeline only and does not include expedited shipping.

Shipping and Local Pickup

Shipping is available throughout the United States.

Local pickup is available in Clinton, Mississippi.

Because Spirit Sticks are oversized and fragile, shipping charges may vary based on destination, size, packaging requirements, and order quantity.

Handmade Notice

Every Spirit Stick is individually designed, laser cut, assembled, and inspected by hand.

Minor variations in acrylic placement, acrylic pattern, adhesive, pom-pom positioning, and overall finish are normal characteristics of a handmade product and do not affect its intended use.

Care Instructions

Handle with care.
Do not bend or place heavy objects on the Spirit Stick.
Do not expose it to extreme heat.
Store it flat or upright in a protected area.
Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
Avoid alcohol, acetone, abrasive cleaners, and harsh chemicals.
Do not carry, pull, or swing the product by the pom-poms.

Returns and Cancellations

Because every Spirit Stick is personalized and made specifically for you, all sales are final.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Orders may not be canceled once design work or production has begun.
Refunds will not be issued for customer-approved spelling, wording, colors, size, or design selections.

Please review all personalization carefully before submitting your order and approving your proof.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box.
