How does the apparel fit?
All items are unisex unless otherwise noted. Due to the current supply chain, we are unable to guarantee specific brands unless specifically requested. If you have questions about sizing or fit prior to ordering, please reach out to TheColemanTwinz@TheColemanTwinz.com and we will be happy to assist.
Is personalization available?
Yes, If you’d prefer a different cut, style, color, or need additional sizes, please contact us prior to to placing your order. Additional customizations available upon request. Additional charges may apply.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Normally it would take 3-5 business days to prepare your order for shipping; however with COVID-19 regulations and various supply chain issues, we ask that you allow 7-14 business days to prepare your order for shipping.
All orders are custom made and printed-on-demand. We do not have giant warehouses with thousands of items sitting on the shelves. Every single item in your order is hand made by us. We understand the utmost importance of your order and are working around the clock to get them out as fast as possible. We thank you for your patience!
How do I change or cancel my order?
The Coleman Twinz LLC is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after your order has been placed. For more details on our ordering policies, please see our Shipping Policy.
What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, you can view the order status by simply clicking on the link in the email notification you received. From there, you will be able to view information about your order. Please keep in mind, all orders are printed-on-demand and custom made. COVID-19 and supply chain issues have also slowed some ship times down so please be patient with us. Thank you!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fufilled, you will receive a tracking number or pickup notification. This means your order is getting ready to go out the door for pickup or be shipped to you. Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders!
How do Returns/Exchanges work?
All items are made to order and therefore considered custom items. There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for any of our items. They are final sale unless it is defective. Please ensure your order is correct prior to checkout
If you feel you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to TheColemanTwinz@TheColemanTwinz.com with your order number and a picture of the damage within 3 days. If we determine your item is defective, we will be happy to replace your items free of cost within 3 days of order receipt. However, please keep in mind we cannot guarantee items are available and instock for immediate replacement.
