Delivery Time

Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Please allow 7-14 business days for order to be completed PRIOR to shipping. Once your order has shipped, please check your email for the tracking information, order updates, and estimated arrival date (please ensure you check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your regular inbox).

All orders are custom made and printed-on-demand. We do not have giant warehouses or thousands of items sitting on the shelves. Every single item in your order is hand made by us. We understand the utmost importance of your order and are working around the clock to get them out as fast as possible.

Normally we are able to ship most items in 3-5 days; however, with delays nationwide, we ask that you allow 7-14 business days for orders to be processed PRIOR shipping.  If you have any questions regarding processing time, please contact us prior to ordering.  We are unable to cancel, refund, or exchange items to due processing time.

We ship orders on a daily basis Monday through Saturday.

We ship via USPS and UPS. USPS First Class Mail does not include insurance. USPS Priority Mail/Express shipping includes up to $50 of insurance. UPS shipping includes up to $100 of insurance.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and shipping.

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed. 

A tracking confirmation and email (or sms message) will be sent when processing and handling is completed.

In the case that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier; therefore we encourage you to select a shipping method that includes insurance.
